- A fruity pale rosé, mixing elegant floral notes with the aromatic intensity of fresh red fruits combined with grenadine, clean and refreshing.
The direct pressing of the grapes is preceded by a short cold maceration to extract colour and the finesse of the aromas in the grape skins, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures.
