- A pale and elegant Provencal rosé with a full bouquet of ripe peaches, cherries and redcurrants. The palate offers sun-kissed notes of wild summer berries, lychee and citrus zest with a smooth, dry finish. The palate carries these flavours through with a soft roundness and a saline finish with hints of aniseed.
The grapes are macerated at low temperatures, gently pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

The nearby Maures massif also offers shelter from extreme weather and wind. Soils are clay and limestone, offering good drainage.
