- A pale and elegant Provencal rosé with a full bouquet of ripe peaches, cherries and redcurrants. The palate offers sun-kissed notes of wild summer berries, lychee and citrus zest with a smooth, dry finish. The palate carries these flavours through with a soft roundness and a saline finish with hints of aniseed.
The grapes are macerated at low temperatures, gently pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Winery | The region's proximity to the sea benefits from cool maritime breezes, which mitigate the Mediterranean summer temperatures. The nearby Maures massif also offers shelter from extreme weather and wind. Soils are clay and limestone, offering good drainage. Vines are VSP trained, and the vineyards, which are in organic conversion, are cultivated sustainably. |
