- This pale and elegant Provencal rosé has a full bouquet of ripe peaches, cherries, and red currants. The palate offers sun-kissed notes of wild summer berries, lychee, and citrus zest with a smooth, dry finish. It carries these flavours through with a soft roundness and a saline finish with hints of aniseed.
The grapes are macerated at low temperatures, gently pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

The nearby Maures massif also offers shelter from extreme weather and wind. Soils are clay and limestone, offering good drainage.
