From the beginning, it has been at the international vanguard of Spanish wine production. Marques de Riscal is known for being an innovative, pioneering cellar that seeks to make original, fresh, and easy wines. Today, Marques de Riscal wine can be found in almost 100 countries worldwide and exports 60% of its output. The Rioja wines are made from grapes grown on vines over 15 years old and spend approximately two years in oak barrels to produce a classic Rioja style, with much of the vineyard planting devoted to Tempranillo. |
