- Delicate straw yellow, enhanced by fine, lingering perlage. Golden Delicious apples, pink grapefruit, and limes are clearly distinguished on the nose; more delicate hints of pears, plums, and wisteria flowers are added to these. Soft and silky, it develops the pleasant freshness of fruit straight off the tree.
The selected hand-picked grapes are vinified by gravity method and fermented off the skins at a controlled temperature of 15 - 18°C. The prise de mousse and lees maturation occur typically for approximately 60 days in pressure tanks, on selected yeasts, at a temperature of 13 - 14°C. The wine is aged for at least one month before distribution.
