Domaine Jean Goulley France
Domaine Jean Goulley was established in 1986 by Jean Goulley and is currently operated by his granddaughter, Maud. In January 2022, Maud succeeded her father, Philippe, who had dedicated nearly 40 years to the estate. The family possesses 4.5 hectares within Premier Cru appellations, recognized as the essence of the Domaine, while their total landholdings amount to approximately 18 hectares.
In 1991, the Domaine became one of Chablis's earliest certified organic producers. All vineyards are cultivated using organic methods, and wines are produced using a restricted sulfur application. The Goulley family maintains that these organic farming practices promote a vibrant and sustainable soil ecosystem. Consequently, their wines are characterized by mineral depth, purity, and liveliness.
