Château Lestrille Capmartin wines are full-bodied, with structure and personality. The grapes come from the Lieu Dit of Capmartin, where the vines are cultivated
organically and according to “la lutte raisonnée” using sustainable agricultural methods and reducing the amount of chemicals to respect the land and environment.
Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity. This delicious Merlot blend contains concentrated
plum notes layered with subtle oak nuances. The palate is beautifully balanced, with velvety tannins and a long, opulent finish.

This wine is a blend of two Indigenous varieties: Limnio, which produces full-bodied wines with relatively high alcohol content and a distinctive herbal character of
bay leaves, and Moschomavro, which produces fresh wines with noticeable acidity, soft tannins and aromas redolent of ripe red fruit, grapes and cloves. The
wine spent 2 months on lees to add complexity. This blend shows a complex bouquet with gooseberry and blueberry from the Moschomavro grapes and cherry
plum with hints of clove and cinnamon from the Limnio. It is velvety smooth on the palate with a fresh and elegant finish.

Sanford Winery is a renowned pioneer of cool-climate wine from the Sta. Rita Hills, north of Santa Barbera This is a blend of vineyards: 44% from the Sanford
& Benedict Vineyard and 56% from La Rinconada. Each block was vinified separately to reflect the personality of the vineyard. The wine went through 100%
malolactic conversion and was matured for 11 months in French oak, of which 25% was new. On the nose, bright aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry and
spice cake are complemented by white pepper and rose. It is supple, serious and wonderfully fresh on the palate, with beautiful length on the finish.

Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spent 12 months in new and used French and American oak. A barrel selection replaced the best parcels,
blending over several days and ultimately arriving at this rich, spicy, complex blend. The aromas are powerful and complex, encapsulating a wealth of ripe
black cherries and blackberries with subtle hints of white pepper and spice. The rich and harmonious palate delivers enticing soft flavours of plum and
cherry notes, underpinned by toasty oak and velvety chocolate. There are silky tannins, and the finish is long and persistent.

consultant Hans Vinding Diers, together they use minimal intervention to create outstanding wines which have propelled this producer into the global
spotlight in a very short space of time. The vineyard is managed using sustainable practices, and in 2015, the entire vineyard was soil-mapped, and cultivation
methods were adapted accordingly. This generous and silky Malbec delivers floral violet notes layered with ripe blackberry, red plum and strawberry through
a fresh, smooth, beautifully balanced palate with lovely mineral texture.
