£22.18 per btl
Llopart is a top-quality producer of organic, Traditional Method sparkling wines from their country estate, Can Llopart de Subirats, located in one
of the highest areas of Penedès. The family’s long winemaking history dates to 1385; 26 generations have cultivated the family vineyards since then.
In 1887, Llopart created its first sparkling wines, but it was during the early 1950s when Pere Llopart Vilarós actively contributed to promoting their
‘artisanal’ sparkling wines. This is a smooth and vibrant sparkling wine with a fine, constant mousse and clean, refreshing aromas of white peach and
citrus notes layered with delicate biscuity nuances.
Feudi di San Gregorio Greco Dubl Brut Edition II NV NEW
Campania, Italy
WAS £32.20
NOW £27.95 - 13% discount
Agronomist Pierpaolo Sirch and top Champagne producer Anselme Selosse collaborated in 2004 to form a “double act” combining the excellence of
Anselme’s winemaking skill, with Pierpaolo’s deep understanding of the Irpinian terroir and Indigenous varieties, culminated in the launch of “DUBL”.
Edition II was vinified using the traditional method. Massimo Vignelli designed the distinctive bottle, and in 2022, Dubl became the first Italian Classic
Method wine to obtain B Corp & Equalitas certification. It is fresh and aromatic, with apricot and peach underpinned by mineral notes, which lead to
a captivating and dynamic palate with a lively, persistent mousse.
Prapian Estate Prosecco Brut Biologico Valdobbiadene Superiore NV
Veneto, Italy
WAS £19.80
NOW £17.41 - 12% discount
The soils of Conegliano Valdobbiadene have very ancient origins, deriving from raised sea and lake beds. Part of the area was influenced by the ancient
glaciers of the Dolomites, which carried sediments downhill, resulting in deep, rocky, sandy soils rich in clay and iron oxides. In the remaining area,
unaffected by the glaciers, the soils are marine, with shallower marl and sandstone soils. A delightful Prosecco shows vibrant golden apple, citrus notes,
and subtle floral hints. Dry, with a lovely structure on the palate, the ripe fruit is beautifully balanced by a refreshing finish.
Hoffmann & Rathbone Rosé Reserve 2012
Sussex, England
WAS £57.47
NOW £51.50 - 10% discount
Hoffmann & Rathbone is a boutique winery located in England’s Sussex-Weald region. It was founded by husband and wife Ulrich Hoffmann and Birgit Rathbone,
passionate about crafting artisanal wines. Ulrich Hoffmann has a wealth of winemaking and viticultural expertise, having spent 22 years working worldwide.
The grapes come from Ford Farm Vineyard in East Sussex, in the Sussex Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is a characterful, rose gold sparkling
rosé with fragrant aromas of plum, strawberry and peach blossom. It is refreshing and beautifully balanced, with enticing cherry, fresh fig, and a sprinkle of fresh
ginger, with a touch of spice on the finish.
Guido Berlucchi Franciacorta 61 Rosé NV
Lombardy, Italy
WAS £39.83
NOW £34.44 - 14% discount
The grapes come from the best vineyards of the Franciacorta DOCG in Lombardy, where the topography follows an amphitheatre shape formed by ancient glacial
activity. The Morainic soils were formed during the last Ice Age: gravelly, stony soils are well-drained and rich in minerals. The vineyards are greatly influenced by the
cold winds coming from the Alps; however, the effects of Lake d’Iseo mitigate the continental climate. This is a soft, gently sparkling rosé with elegant notes of wild, ripe
berries, complemented by subtle toasty nuances. It is tangy and crisp, with a long, refreshing finish.
