- A refined, expressive Crozes-Hermitage, with aromas of red fruits, delicate spice and floral notes. Supple tannins envelop the fresh and beautifully balanced palate.
The grapes were hand-harvested and plotted into small 12kg crates before being manually sorted. The grapes were 100% destemmed, followed by three weeks maceration with daily pumping over. The wine underwent malolactic conversion and
was aged 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 20% were new.
