- Discreet aromas open with floral and peach notes, enhanced by subtle hints of ageing. The palate is ample and generous, with notes of ripe pear leading to a lemon-peel finish underpinned by refreshing minerality.
The vines were hand-picked and sorted by the plot in small 12kg crates before being gently whole-bunch-pressed. After settling, fermentation occurred in concrete eggs and French oak barrels, 5% of which were new. The wine was aged on fine lees in
the same containers.
