- A delicate pearly pink. Delicate floral aromas, white peach & grapefruit peel. A lovely freshness and continuity with the nose in fine fruit aromas with a grapefruit zest finish.
The grapes are cold macerated before pressing and vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The best tanks are aged on fine lees before blending and bottling.

Winery | Produced by Enzo and Olivier Fayard at Chateau Sainte Marguerite, which gained Cru Classé Côtes-de-Provence status in 1955, one of 18 out of 400 producers in Provence. The grapes are sourced from their vineyards and plots of partner winegrowers with whom they work closely. The vineyards are located in La Londe les Maures on schist and clay-limestone soils. The vines are framed by palm trees looking out over the ocean, and this proximity to the sea and the optimum sun exposure gives this wine its distinct personality. Grapes were harvested in late September. |
