- Deep ruby, this wine has an intense roasted pepper, eucalyptus, and spice aroma. Its entrance on the palate is sweet and smooth due to round and ripe tannins. The wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months, giving it an elegant and long finish.
Manual harvest and selection of the bunches and grapes in the winery. 48hs of cold maceration at 8°c and complete maceration in 21 days. Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, roll fermentors and barrels. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrels. 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. Alcohol: 14,4%
