Quinta da Romaneira Douro Dona Clara 2020

The Dona Clara label displays the name and the image of the principal Quinta
house, Dona Clara. The elements for this wine are sourced from all over Quinta da
Romaneira, and more than any other wine, the Dona Clara now is a faithful
representative of all the aspects of the property and all the varietals grown there.
From 2019 onwards, the blend for Dona Clara is not only made up of all the traditional.
Douro varietals grown at Romaneira: Touriga Francesa, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz,
Tinto Cao also includes many Syrah and Petit Verdot, two highly

successful single varietals at Romaneira, that bring extra complexity and depth to
the Dona Clara blend. Grapes are, by necessity, hand-harvested due to the steepness
of the slopes.
