- Inviting liquorice, pepper, and black fruit aromas lead to a palate adorned with refined tannins. It is well-structured and perfectly balanced. Garnet red colour. A fairly discreet nose that opens up to notes of red berries such as redcurrant and raspberry, as well as spicy and peppery notes. Straightforward on the palate, with fine tannins. The whole is well balanced. Spicy aromas and fine mineral notes can be found on the palate.
Hand-picked at maturity, carefully sorted, and meticulously vinified using traditional methods, the wine is macerated for 3 weeks and pumped daily.
Aged for 12 months in French truncated cone vats.
