Winery | Our Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Jalets' originates from terraced vineyards in Les Chassis, named after the pebbles deposited by alpine glaciers, reminiscent of Châteauneuf-du-Pape—low terraces of the Rhône, stony and of glacial origin. The small, rounded pebbles store heat during the day and release it at night. Aged for 12 months in truncated cone vats, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
