combination of two or three wines. Bottled without filtration.

Winery | This Crozes-Hermitage is a rendition of the historic part of the appellation from when it covered very few flatlands. The grapes are sourced from the finest hillside vineyards in Larnage, Erôme, and Gervans. This cuvée is made up of 100% Sérine, an ancient, small-berried, and low-yielding heirloom Syrah native to the region renowned for its aromatic complexity and finesse. Louis Barruol attributes the classic smoky character in the Northern Rhône wines to Sérine. It thrives in the granitic soils of the appellation. |
