- The delightful bouquet of this wine reveals an enticing medley of red fruits, delivering a symphony of aromas that includes ripe strawberries, cherries, and cranberries. These luscious scents are further enriched with delicate undertones of toffee, caramel, and freshly roasted coffee beans, creating an intricate and multifaceted olfactory experience. Upon sipping, the wine's smooth tannins and impeccably balanced acidity work in harmony, leading to a satisfying and prolonged finish that leaves a lingering, memorable impression.
The grapes were cooled to 5°C before vinification. Sulphur was not added because oxidation takes place more slowly at these temperatures, which permits the winemakers to work without additives while preserving the quality. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts at 25°C. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for six months to ensure the varietal expression could shine through.
Mellow hints of toffee caramel and roasted coffee beans complement the aromas of red fruits. The subtle and smooth tannins dance perfectly with beautifully balanced acidity and a deliciously persistent finish.

| Winery | Negramoll prefers mild weather and grows near the ocean, in the North-West of Tenerife. The vines thrive at below 200 meters elevation. The absence of phylloxera in the Canary Islands has preserved many unique varieties, creating an unparalleled viticultural heritage. As a result, the vines are ungrafted, allowing for a complete interaction between the plant and soil. The combination of volcanic soils, the cooling Alisios trade winds, and the distinctive microclimates found on the island contribute to the extraordinary personalities of the wines. The vineyard is managed sustainably without the use of herbicides or synthetic products. Due to the orography of the land, the vineyards are manually cultivated. |
