- Classical Ribera del is Duero full of powerful fruit but with an underlying seam of freshness and minerality. Creamy, spicy oak notes complement the flavors of black cherry and leather. Intense red cherry colour, clean and bright. Ripe black fruit and hints of plum and black liquorice stand out, with a background of vanilla and other sweet spices and fine toasted notes. Smooth entry, with hints of black fruit and a marked structure. Long, persistent finish.
