However, select high-quality grape lots are segregated and subjected to a distinct vinification process to present a nuanced expression of the Luján de Cuyo terroir. These wines are distinguished by their intricate, savoury characteristics, minimal emphasis on fruit, and heightened mineral notes, and are manufactured in notably restricted volumes.
