- Palest pink and bursting with aromas of white peach, pear and zesty grapefruit through to a mouthwatering palate of wild red berries, vibrant citrus and mineral notes.
The grapes were harvested at night to retain freshness and an aromatic profile. They were then gently pressed, directly pressed, and partially macerated on the lees, known as tabulation. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place with selected yeasts in neutral vessels to retain the purity of the fruit. The wines were protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process to preserve their freshness and aromatics.
This pale pink wine is bursting with white peach, pear, and zesty grapefruit aromas. Its mouthwatering palate features wild red berries, vibrant citrus, and mineral notes.

Winery | The grapes come from a careful selection of the most favoured terroirs of the Côtes de Provence, majoring on parcels from the higher elevations in the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain range, where the cool night temperatures and poor limestone soils produce pronounced minerality. The blend is complemented by a careful selection of parcels in the ‘Golden Triangle’ around the foothills of the Maure Mountains and the upper Var region. The maritime and continental climates converge, imparting the fruit with aromatic complexity and length. The soils in this area are rich in clay and sandstone; the clay element provides good water retention properties to nourish the vines during the warm Mediterranean summers. The vines are trained according to the Cordon de Royat method, and the vineyards are sustainably cultivated to promote soil and vine health and biodiversity. |
