On the palate, savoury with bright acidity and integrated tannins. 55% Sangiovese and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, it is amazingly approachable given its youth and cepage. Fresh frutti di bosco and a spine of minerality. Precise and refreshing, it is accordingly a great match for our lamb chops and pork belly.
