- Prefermentative maceration and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures give the wine an intense rosy colour, intense fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry and sweet aromas of blackcurrant jam, caramel and vanilla. The wine is soft and round on the palate with balanced acidity, intense flavours of fresh red fruit and an herbal minty finish.
It is paired with pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, fruit salads, and desserts with chocolate and red fruits. However, it can also be pleasantly consumed on its own as an aperitif.
