- A bold and full-bodied wine with aromas of blackberry, cherry, and baked plum giving way to violet and iodine. Dry on the palate with refreshing acidity and fine-grained tannins. Flavours of pomegranate, sour cherry, and raspberry linger on the succulent finish.
Grapes are cold macerated for 2 days at 6-7 °C. Fermentation and skin contact continues for 21 days in concrete vats of 80 hl at 23-25 °C. The wine then ages for 12 months, adding complexity and structure

| Winery | The 12-hectare vineyard, situated in Bela Voda within the Tikveš region, is planted with 35-year-old vines at a density of 2,700 vines/ha. Clay soils and 450-500 l/m² rainfall contribute to the wine's character. The area enjoys 190 sunny days, and harvest occurs between late September and early October. Vines are double guyot pruned. |
