- This refreshing, aromatic, and zesty wine shows flavours of peach and pear through to a spicy finish. It is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with delicate fruit aromas of green apples, a nutty complexity, and hints of green leaves. The wine shows a beautiful balance between bright acidity and richness of texture.
It was made by winemaker Will Stűrz, who has been previously nominated "Italian winemaker of the Year" by the prestigious Gambero Rosso and makes some of Italy's best white wines. The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and were gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 19°C. No malolactic conversion took place, resulting in a fresh, crisp style of wine. The wine spent briefly in stainless steel vats, retaining the freshness and purity of fruit until it was bottled.
It is a crisp, aromatic, and refreshing wine with notes of peach, pear and delicate hints of spice. The wine shows a beautiful balance between a bright acidity and a rich texture.

Winery | The vineyards are located in the Sudtirol, in the Alto Adige DOC. Alto Adige is a dynamic wine-growing region in Northern Italy that combines a brisk Alpine climate, mountain viticulture and complex geology with the brilliance of Mediterranean sunshine. The grapes come from vineyards planted in calcareous clay and gravel soils at an altitude of between 250 and 550 metres above sea level. The yield is 75 hectolitres per hectare. |
