- A delicate antique pink-coloured rose with fragrant notes of violet, wild strawberry, and pomegranate. Crisp and refreshing with a classic touch of Sangiovese dried plum on the finish. The clusters were gently pressed, and the juice spent less than one hour in contact with the skin, imparting a delicate antique pink colour. Clarification took place by gravity, and the must was fermented with selected yeasts at cool temperatures to retain the purity of the fruit in a crisp, fresh style. The wine was matured in stainless steel tanks.

Winery | The Sangiovese grapes are grown in IGT Rubicone, in Emilia Romagna, in the ‘Podere Parolino’ single vineyard, which boasts twin exposures, both north-northwest and east-southeast, offering the ideal habitat for white grapes on one side and black grapes on the other. The vines have an average age of 10 years and are trained according to the Guyot system, which facilitates balanced productivity in the vineyard. The soils are made up of softer sedimentary rocks, are clay-rich, and have been extensively eroded by wind and water. Combining clay soils and the mild climate promotes ideal conditions for premium viticulture. Careful canopy management ensures the optimum amount of sunlight and shade, encouraging the clusters to reach optimum maturity. The vineyards are cultivated following sustainable principles. |
