- Generous, intense Italian white, perfumed with white flowers and citrus, the palate deliciously spiky with lemon and lime. Fermentation and fining in Slovenian oak barrique for 10 months before bottling.
“Beautiful golden yellow in colour, brilliant and luminous. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe Mediterranean and tropical fruit and dried flowers, barely touched by a subtle veil of vanilla. Apples, bananas, hazelnuts, genista, and passionflower stand out. It’s pure velvet on the palate, showing a perfect balance of flavours, delicate aromatic qualities, and endless persistence. Excellent with chickpea puree and sautéed octopus with rosemary.”
