- Vibrant lime cordial aromas and fresh apple notes on the palate through to a zesty finish with a hint of white pepper, refreshing with lots of flavour.Subtle apple and floral aromas through to a spicy and fruity palate with flavours of pineapple and peach, crisp and mineral on the finish.
The grapes were harvested once they had reached the desired maturity levels. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and integrity of the Grüner Veltliner characteristics.
It is a refreshing and zesty wine with intense notes of vibrant grapefruit and tropical fruit on the palate. This leads to a mineral, crisp finish with classic hints of white pepper.
