- This lively and delicate off-dry wine has a slight pétillance. It is fresh with floral hints and lime, peaches, and passionfruit notes. The nose offers a heady sensation of apple, pear, sweet peach, and honey, leading to a perfectly balanced palate of floral and citrus notes with a delightful, lingering finish.
A cool fermentation took place with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness and primary aromas of the Riesling grapes.
A lively and delicate off-dry wine with a slight pétillance and a heady sensation of apple, pear, peach and honey on the nose. Beautifully balanced with a fruity palate of citrus fruit and floral nuances through a long finish.

| Winery | The Rheingau region, where the Villa Gutenberg vineyards are located, extends from the Mainspitze near Hochheim to the Middle Rhine. This small growing region that encompasses an area of around 3,000 hectares of vineyards is protected from the chilly winds by the Taunus Mountains immediately to the north. Most of the Rheingau vineyards are situated on south-facing slopes between the mountains and the Rhine River, which provide excellent growing conditions for the vines at these northerly latitudes. For years, it was regarded as Germany's noblest wine region. Various soil types, from clay to quartz, loam and loess, add complexity to the resulting wine. |
