- It shows a delicate and elegant bouquet of white floral aromas, white fruits, and a subtle hint of honey. This is a dry, racy wine with linear freshness and beautiful texture with white stone fruits leading to a long, harmonious finish.
The grapes were carefully selected and pressed in whole bunches. Short decantation was followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to optimise fruit flavour's varietal expression and purity.
An expressive and elegant Pinot Gris with delicate floral and smoky aromas, it is dry, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. White stone fruits envelop a lovely textured palate and a fresh, creamy finish.
