- An expressive and fruity Viognier, it has aromatic notes of juicy apricot and mango and a lovely textured palate balanced by the perfect hint of freshness.
The grapes were carefully selected to ensure the best quality fruit was vinified and then gently pressed to obtain the must. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to retain the purity of the fruit. The wine was bottled young to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the Viognier variety.

Winery | The vineyards are spread across the undulating hills les Collines of the Bordic region. The influence of the Cevennes to the north results in temperature differences between day and night from 14 to 18°, preserving the berries' natural acidity and translating the fruit into fresh wines. The vines are planted in deep, low-fertility soils, which encourage the vines to send their roots deeper into the soil in search of nutrients and water, resulting in greater complexity. The Viognier vines are planted in the south-to-south-easterly orientation, capturing the maximum sunlight hours needed to ripen the fruit. The grapes are picked when the seed is al dente devoid of bitterness, which requires knowledge and experience to harvest at the optimum moment. The harvest takes place at night to retain the freshness of the fruit. |
