It swiftly leads the way for flint and graphite mineral notes. Wood is well-integrated and never intrusive. On the finish, fresh, fruity white peach notes will surprisingly return to the surface. Thanks to its bright acidity, the wine is pleasant and immediate. Well-structured, it is complemented by a sweet note of honey. Gaia & Rey is round and well-balanced on the palate, with a fresh and citrusy finish.
