- This is a fresh, clean, and focused Chardonnay with vibrant aromas of lime zest, white florals, and oyster shell. Citrus fruits are layered on the palate with complex, savoury nuances through a long finish.
The grapes for this wine were 100% whole-bunch pressed and fermented with selected yeasts in a combination of French and Austrian puncheons, foudres, and stainless-steel tanks. The wine underwent partial malolactic conversion before being aged in oak barriques for 16 months, 18% of which were new.
