  • The wine is aromatic and floral, with citrus and stone fruit flavours leading to a well-defined mid-palate with a subtle tannic grip. The finish is dry, long, and complex, with notes of black tea, orange peel, and spice. It is attractive amber with a subtle orange hue and an elegant orange blossom and jasmine fragrance. On the palate, it has a harmonious blend of flavors reminiscent of orange peel, mandarin, and citrus, with a balance of freshness and volume, unveiling a well-defined structure. The prolonged and delightful finish, featuring persistent citrus notes, solidifies the excellence of this choice. Perfect for pairing with fresh dishes or as a companion to desserts, Vino Naranjo establishes itself as an unparalleled and memorable sensory experience.

 WINERY
The three varieties were harvested separately and fermented on their skins for fifteen to twenty days. The cap was submerged very gently. After fermentation, the wine was pressed, and the skins were removed. Malolactic fermentation did not take place.

Winery

Pulenta Estate was founded in 2002 by brothers Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta, fourth-generation winemakers, to translate their family legacy and their father’s pioneering spirit
into a modern, innovative winery that produces limited quantities of great wines. They have quickly carved out a reputation for precise, elegant wines across a range of varieties and premium price points. The estate consists of two vineyards in key areas of Mendoza: Finca La Zulema in Agrelo and Viñedos Don Antonio in Los Arboles, a district of the Uco Valley. These contrasting vineyards have complex alluvial soils and distinct altitudes that help give Pulenta wines their distinctive style when blended.
The signature style of Pulenta is built on finesse, silky texture and elegant fruit character while displaying the typical power and depth of fruit expected of Argentinian wines. Their range features youthful wines under the Bodega La Flor label, bottled and released after 3 months in oak. The estate reds see 12 months in new French oak and 12 months ageing in the bottle before release. The ‘Gran’ wines are at the top of the range, and the pinnacle is the Gran Corte, an impressive blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Tannat.
