Pulenta Estate was founded in 2002 by brothers Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta, fourth-generation winemakers, to translate their family legacy and their father´s pioneering spirit into a modern, innovative winery that produces limited quantities of great wines. They have quickly carved out a reputation for precise, elegant wines across a range of varieties and premium price points.
Alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, and the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine then spent N-7 months on its 3ne lees before bottling.
