- A textured wine with floral aromas and flavours of peach zest and spicy tropical fruit. It is a mineral-rich wine with a complex nose of lemon and apple and apricot, peach, pineapple, and delicate hints of spice. Fresh yet opulent on the palate, the fruit characters from the nose echo on the palate, combined with mineral complexity. The finish has a touch of characteristic saltiness and spice, making it very food-friendly.
The grapes were manually harvested and carefully selected by hand. The berries were cold macerated for 12 to 24 hours in stainless steel, extracting the aromas and flavours before being gently pressed. The must was fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruit-forward aromas. Maturation took place in stainless steel and lasted a minimum of seven months.
This crisp, zesty, mineral-rich wine has a complex nose of lemon, apple, apricot, peach, pineapple, and delicate hints of spice. It is fresh yet opulent, with the fruit characters echoing on the palate and mineral complexity. The finish has a touch of characteristic saltiness and spice, making it very food-friendly.
