The grapes underwent 12 hours maceration to extract the desired aromas and flavours. Following a gentle pressing, the must was clarified via cold static decanting and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. Ageing took place in stainless steel for three months, allowing the purity of the fruit and the Marche terroir to be fully expressed.
This lively, fruity, aromatic blend has elegant floral overtones and lifted notes of crisp apple, leading to a beautifully balanced palate with a refreshing finish.

Winery | A blend of native varieties, the Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino vines, are grown at 250 to 300 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in minerals, and although it has a high clay content, it offers good drainage. A Mediterranean climate is found throughout the region, with an average annual rainfall of 800 millimetres, mainly falling during the winter months, which builds water reserves in the soils to nourish the vines throughout the typically hot and dry summers. The vineyards are cultivated following organic principles. Herbicides and pesticides are not used, allowing the terroir's full expression. The grapes are manually harvested when they have reached optimal ripeness. |
