- A refreshing and fruity wine with a smooth and creamy texture layered with tropical fruit, zesty lime, grapefruit and delicate hints of spice. An intensely aromatic and complex blend delivering juicy stone fruit flavours complemented by delicate spicy and floral notes. Vibrant and crisp, with layers of citrus fruit surrounding the smooth and creamy palate through to a refreshing finish.
Each variety was vinified separately. The hand-picked grapes were cold macerated in stainless steel tanks before being gently pressed. Slow fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures of 16°C, lasting one month, with fine lees imparting texture. The wines were deftly blended before being gently fined and bottled without any oak influence, showcasing the fruit's aromatic characteristics and purity in this distinctive blend.

Winery | This distinctive blend is made up of five native varieties which flourish in the Pazo do Mar vineyards in the heart of the Ribeiro region. The vines are planted at an elevation of 150 metres above sea level, where the soils are varied but predominantly granitic, which retains the day's heat and encourages the grapes to reach good maturity. The climate is influenced by the Atlantic Ocean, which has a cooling effect, resulting in grapes with good levels of natural acidity. The blend is made up of Treixadura, an aromatic variety that brings lemony notes and a creamy body to the blend; Torronte, another aromatic variety which imparts stone fruit notes with floral highlights; Albarino lends citrus flavours and naturally fresh, zippy acidity while a small proportion of Loureriro offers refreshing citrus fruits and is low in alcohol and Godello offers mineral-rich complexity. |
