- A beautiful, elegant Burgundy with notes of smoky plums and red berries. Balanced, with firm tannins on the palate, the ripe fruit flavors are layered with hints of spice and leather, through to a complex and lingering finish.
The vineyards are farmed according to "la lutte raisonnee," using sustainable agricultural methods and reducing the use of chemicals to respect the land and its environment. The soils are limestone mixed with marl, retaining moisture in dry weather but also offering good drainage in cooler weather.
